La Servidumbre
Existian dos tipo de servidumbres
Servidumbres prediales
La servidumbre en roma era un derecho real que constituia en realizar un gravamen sobre un predio determinado con el fin de posibilitar o facilitar funciones trancitorias de terceros en predios de quien hace el gravamen.
Servidumbres personales
Servidnumbres personales eran aquellas que aplican en exclavos o sobre animales los cuales se prestaban a un tercero, y eran usados o disfrutados siendo ajenos.
